In two weeks, my wife took the car to feu vert. They said only front break pads need to be replaced, it will cost Euro 170 and gave a date for repair. On the date of appointment, when I took the car for replacement of break pads, they said all 4 break pads and disks need replacement. Cost increased to Euro 699.

I used the website for buying tires and Rims. I was told that they would be ready later this week to be collected from one of their shops. I placed the order on sunday, monday received e-mail saying, "thanks for cancelling your order, we confirm it is cancelled". This was for tires. I immediately asked what happened via e-mail, no explanation whatsoever.. Than 2 days later, recevied another e-mail saying the same thing for the rims.. God knows also if they have reimbursed my EUR 1.400 or not, may god help me to collect that money now. Overall, very unprofessional entity that I will never work with again..

I was cheated on price. First time they charged me Euro 9 for changing a bulb, next time Euro 24. Staff was not able to give any justification.

Went there twice to change my tires. The first time everything was fine, the second time they forgot to tighten one tire and it came lose on the highway shortly after. It was not a case of tires needing some tightening after 50 km- three tires were rock solid, one tire was completely lose.

Get ready to wait. They don't accept bookings even if you use their services many times, you need to come before they open at least 10-15 minutes, then queue, then they will take at least one and half hour to do whatever they need and then you need to queue 20-30 minutes to
the keys and pay. I am looking for a new place to change the tires next time

Arrogant and unprofessional.

On a 3rd visit, I found that customers who came at the same time with me, were given priority for repairing their cars. When I raise the issue, the staff got really angry at me. They did not repair my car and said everything was fine.

Asked for an appointment to recharge my A/C, got one in three days. On the day, a friend to come with me and give me a lift back, we left work, checked in, gave them the key and waited. After half an hour they called me that "there is a problem with their machine" so they can't do the job and I must come back an other day. Thanks for wasting our times, dudes, you won't see me ever again!
