Those are non-professionals, just with some 3-4 month training for very standard solutions. Non of locals go there, only for foreigners :)

arrogant and condescending... and they gave themselves 4 stars on their website, very laughable. highly recommend you look elsewhere for decent service.

Very bad experience, highly superficial service. They replaced the cabin air filter and threw away the screws, left a plastic panel to vibrate. Changed a wheel and placed the spare wheel up side down in the trunk, forcing the plastic that keeps it in place to attach to the other side of the wheel (sounds minor, but that damaged the plastic a bit and now the spare wheel moves in the trunk when the car turns or breaks). Changed break pads and now the brake is not working properly when I brake at high speed.
Won't step into their shop ever again. Too bad that Adrien - a boy who works at the front desk there and seems professional, is seen as part of this poor quality service team. The other one at the front desk who seems to be leading the team is not meant to work in a service oriented business.

Si vous voulez demeurer sant d'esprit; évitez Feu Rouge (Vert): Menteurs qui vous font attendre des heures, racontent des histoires, d'abord ils on le stock, apres ils ne l'ont pas et l'on jamais eu dans cette marque; apres ils vous disent de revenir a 14:00 et a ce moment vous disent que ca prend entre 30 minutes et 1 heure et apres 1:30 la voiture est toujours dans le parking et vous voyez d'autre clients pris avant vous et alors on vous dit que les client qui achetent de pneus ici ont la priorite alors que vous achetez vos pneus ici et apres on vous fait attendre encore 2 heures. Cette équipe q réussi a mettre ma femme dans tous ces états, non seulement il lui on ruiné sa journée mais en plus ils m'ont ruiné ma soirée; ma femme est super énervée et me rends la vie impossible comme si j'était un de ces mecs de feu rouge. Quand je pense a cette place je deviens vulgaire. EVITEZ.

This was a really bad experience for me.I changed 2 tires and despite telling em that the price is 35 euros.They made an attempt to charge me for 70 instead.They were too bored to even remove the stickers from the tires.Also im not sure what they missed,propably the alignment,cause when I go more than 100 km my steering wheel is shaking.I will propably visit another repair shop to fix this.Wouldn't reccomend this place.

Awful experience! We had to go there three times to finally change our tires. After two unsuccessful efforts, they told us that we should be there before opening hours if we wanted to have a chance, so the third time we waited outside, in the cold, for half an hour, to get the job done - apparently they don't make appointments for this service!

Not competent at hall! They do mistakes and they do not respect the tightening torques and if you mention it they become extremely impolite.

Tried to get an online estimate to change the distribution in my car, but their website has a bug and it's impossible to choose my vehicle. So I drove to them and asked an estimate, the guy told me that their computer is 'broken' so he took a photocopy of my carte grise and promised to send the estimate by email. The evening I called and they said that I shouldn't worry, they will send the estimate briefly. This was 2 days ago - do you think they sent it? Sorry guys that I wanted to spend ~600 euros for a service in your garage, my apologies, don't even bother!

Called and they told me a price and an expected price. Went and I had to wait for more than twice the time and 25% more expensive than the quote received over the phone. Same price than in Switzerland to change winter tires into summer tyres, with worse service.
