My wife and I have visited the hotel 3 years in succession, during our motorcycle tours of France.

My wife and I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Millau.



The staff are friendly.
The food is fantastic.
The ambience is great.

Ate at the restaurant in this hotel and found it to be pretty mediocre at best. Service was begrudgingly civil. Bread in basket was half fresh and half hard as a rock as if dumped in from another table from yesterday. Menu choices heavy on meat with only one or two vegetarian choices. I wouldn't choose it again.

Spacious rooms. Fair prices. Close to the city center.

We have been able to park our motorcycles in the garage which is really helpful.

Clean hotel but food appeared mass produced, everybody's main course came with the same thing. So fish in a creamy source came with pasta (unevenly cooked) and tomato source...not good. No tea/coffee making facilities in the room, breakfast was basic. Well situated and safe parking.

Lovely hotel, friendly staff. Though randomly the toilet in the room is a tad small.
