The place is fine; has a garden, horses in the back, some chairs in the middle a dog & cat. There are 2 rooms, we stayed on the top floor. The room is decorated in white and creamy colours, has fresh flowers. Due to the roof there is no door between the sleeping and bathroom area. For the light sleepers, there are multiple hens nearby and a crying baby downstairs can be heard. 
In the room multiple signs are framed stating the check out times, pay when you arrive, no food in the room, if you could please sit down when showering in the bathtub to avoid a swimming pool etc. We experienced some inflexibility when not having wired the exact amount in advance and having the exact amount of cash at hand. Electronic payment (credit card or iDeal) was impossible while there was wifi and we had to make a detour to the nearest cash machine (15 min by car-1 way). No matter how crisp the white sheets were, this did influence our experience of Le33's hospitality..
