I have made a reservation online to come with group of 8 friends. I received automatic confirmation & assumed this was confirmed.
We have arrived and the assistant said they never received our request. She was rude and laughing to my face. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
I've tried this champagne previously and it tastes as bad as their customer service.

Very spectular cellar and very interesting oenology tour of this fabulous champagne house.

Visited with my 80 year old Dad exploring where his dad fought in WWI and had a great visit. The docent was very interested in my grandfather's story and told us so much about the champagne operations and how the caverns were used by villagers during the war. Great place, loved it.
