Oh my god, this is the Chanel store of dreams. Amazing service, tons of products and exclusives you can't get elsewhere. I bought my girlfriend a pair of shoes here for her birthday and the sales lady showed us the stairs up to Coco Chanel's apartment so that she could take a picture. Such an amazing experience, you must go here.

Our SA was Anne-Sophie and she was honestly just the sweetest person. She was so accommodating to our needs and even modeled for our pictures (for size comparison). She was honest in her opinions and we never felt like she was coercing us to purchase more than we planned to. She spent a lot of time with us discussing our payment/refund plans and she made it work for us the best she could. She was even nice enough to take photos for us on Chanel's staircase! I would recommend shopper's to ask for Sophie because she will make your experience here that much more special and defnintely something to remember it by.

The original! With the white Cambon bags you can only get here. Great customer service who are not too pushy and have great knowledge on all of the merchandise. They have a lot of experience with tax refund and will walk you through the process. Get champagne to celebrate your purchase!

The workers look down on people that look less rich than others, give better service to people with more expensive clothing. It took a very long time (30 minutes) to make one small purchase of two lipsticks, one of which didn’t even click up like it was supposed to. One lipsticks was easy and quick to open, whereas the other one required about 10 clicks before it opened which is absolutely unacceptable for $35. When I went back to get a replacement the lady tried to click it up and suddenly it worked perfectly, she looked at me like I was retarded and told me “you just don’t know how to do it”, although the other lipstick worked perfectly fine when I clicked it. I genuinely believe she reacted this way because I was not carrying any other Chanel, Gucci, Louis Vuitton or any other expensive brand articles, because everyone in the store who WAS carrying these types of high end articles we’re served champagne and other drinks. When I went back home, embarrassed that I had went back with a well working lipstick expecting a replacement, I tried the lipstick again and it was defect, and I had to click 5-10 times until the lipstick actually came up. I don’t know if this has something to do with the humpidity in the component or if the workers at this store have special tricks to fix broken products to keep meeting their high expectations, but either way for $35 this entire situation is 100% unacceptable.

My SA Alice was awesome and so helpful. She helped me select my iridescent bronze mini flap which I am so excited to start using. She also brought out other similar selections for me to choose from and gave me a tour of this beautiful store. I had wonderful experience!
