There are about 5 Chanel Shops in the area, the one you want to visit is the one on Rue Cambon. That's the mothership.

The worse Chanel service ever... The sale person is so rude when even asked for a change of 500 EUR note. Never i will come to this Chanel store again. The sale person helpin my sister even say that there is a misunderstanding. He is asian and i am shameful that i am asian myself.

Went ballistic about a tax refund
Didn't accept our credit card, claimed (lied) that Chanel doesn't accept it
We left without buying anything
Everything went fine at another Chanel store at Av. Montaigne
