This is a really beautiful historic site. At the entrance you will find a info graphic showing the different building steps throughout the ages. After entering, arrows guide you through the site. Some show only remnants of the castle, others are gorgeously renovated, giving a picture of life in the middle ages. This place is definitely worth a visit!

Visited in 2014 on the recommendation of a nice local that we met at the shopping center not far from here. We are from Australia and didnt really know what was in the area, but we are grateful for the information that was given to us. Its quite amazing to see these castles from a bygone era. We have nothing like this at home. Simply amazing.

Terrible experience, was locked in the dungeon area with a friend for over an hour and despite calling out no one came to help or check on us. Staff don't bother checking before locking the place up.

Well conserved medieval style castle, never been attack. great to visit especially with kids.

Great little castle with guide books available in multiple languages, parking was slightly lacking there is a car park for 20 cars at the top of the hill worth trying and a gravel car park that easily floods at the bottom

Pretty nice old chateau, its in ruins so dont expect to visit a nice interieur haha.
Not very good for elderly people as their are many stairs so very hard to climb up!
Very good for young children and adults yih can take nice pictures as you can see below.

Thankfully there was a dog somewhere outside that heard us and started to bark until a local farmer must have called the police. The police couldn't open the gate so they had to call the local mayor's office to get the details of the company that runs the place.

No telephone service, no bells to tell people the place is called and no staff checking. For the price they charge they should ensure the place is empty before locking it up.

First visit to a French castle. A beautiful site. I think the is the best in the surrounding area. Don' miss it if you are in this area!
