Very friendly. Warm welcome. We rode up on bikes and we felt like we rode up in a Bentley. Not one pretentious person or attitude. Love it. Supper clean supper amazing. Stay here if your lucky enough.

Not good enough for the price. The spa is a bit run down, staff is not so nice and restaurant was only ok.

Domain is really nice, peaceful and relaxing. A huge park with a very good atmosphere. But the hotel itself, is not that good. Breakfast is low quality and not many choice of food. The spa part is "low-cost".

We had a lovely stay. The staff are very nice and friendly. The food was also very hood. We liked the location outside Strasbourg.

Lovely and upscale hotel located between Strasbourg and many other towns in Alsace. We went with family and two kids and they arranged a sofa bed for us. The kids were happy. The pool area is a plus with jacuzzi and sauna. The pool area opens to a terrace with a beautiful view. About 15 minute drive to Strasbourg and about 45 minute drive from Castle Haut Koenisgburg. Not a lot to do in Ostwald other than a great boulangerie nearby (they have great eclairs).
