If you like art or wine you should totally visit this vineyard. They have an amazing art collection set up all around their property. I would recommend to set up a whole afternoon, on a good weather day to visit the whole art exhibit and then have a nice glass of wine at the end.

Enjoyed the terrace restaurant for lunch amidst grand, open grounds and the occasional smell of smoke from warm camp fires. Friendly English speaking staff open to tastings. Red wine was good too! (didn't try the white).

Provençal hills, organic vineyards, nice cafe, live music and plays, and an awesome sculpture garden across the grounds.

12 July 2017 visited the Chateau. Art, gallery and landscaping are the best and definitely worth the trip. Drinks on La Terrasse? Nope. Big terrasse, two tables with people, rest of the tables empty. We select a table and wait. Two girls at the cash register overlooking the terras, one guy with dish cloth in hand half heartedly cleaning tables. One of the girls prepares the bill and receives payments from one of the tables, the company at the other table leaves as well. We are literally the only two costumers. The guy with the dish cloth keeps on cleaning, not saying a word. The two girls are chatting and walk in our direction. One of them nods friendly enough and picks up two empty glasses from the table next to us, the other picks up an empty bottle. They both walk away. Apparently one cannot move without the other. They disappear somewhere inside. The guy with the dishcloth still does not feel the need to welcome us. The girls come back, still chatting, lingering around a couple of empty tables near the back. No other patrons in sight. That's it. We leave. The guy with the dishcloth finally finds words: "Au revoir!" Well, I think not.

A wine estate that is rare in France: La Coste has managed to become a destination by mixing Art, food and of course wine.
It's a beautiful estate to start with but the new owners have managed to create a rich and diverse open air art museum that is very nice.
The restaurant is pricey but very cool and OK good.
The wine visit is fun if you're into it... Ironically the wines are not that good !

Fabulous location and great wines. We had some charcuterie at the back outdoor location and the food was amazing. Highly recommend the tomatoes with mozzarella. Ended up buying 2 bottles of the rose made on site. Toured the sculpture gardens, interesting pieces but very spaced out for a hot day.

Great place to spend a day while visiting Provence. Highly recommande to start with the chais visit then lunch at one of the restaurant and end with the art walk in the beautiful vineyard. Perfect for a couple or a family.
