Very nice Louboutin shop which is less crowded than the main one from St Honore. On this shop you have more chances to find what you want since big crows go to the other shops.

Horrible store with staff that are disinterested and won't interact. Go to Le Bon Marche. The selection was better and I was able to actually spend my money on shoes. In this store I couldn't even get the staff to wait on us.

When I arrived that the location, I was the only customer at the time. The sales associate was incredibly friendly and patient while I browsed and chose a few styles to try on. A couple styles were no longer available at this location in my size or desired color... Not only did the sales associate call around to other stores, and offer to put in an online order for me, but he showed me similar styles that I might like but had overlooked. He was quite good at his job and didn't pressure me at all to make a purchase. A couple walked in halfway through my shopping experience, and the associate did a wonderful job in splitting his attention without ignoring any if us. I left with two pairs of new shoes. I certainly like this location because it doesn't attract the crowd of tourists while still offering the same products and service.

I take my daughter once a year to buy her favorite shoes. Very very small shop, hidden away, but the place to go if you are into Louboutins.

HORRIBLE service and a RIP OFF. I flew to Paris with my wife on vacation and we decided to stop by the Christian Louboutin and the line was 2 hours to just walk into the store but my wife wanted to wait. OK, no problem… we spent almost 2 more hours shopping. We winded up spending over $4,000 Euros on 2 pairs of shoes, a wallet and a purse. Again, its all good. But we fly back to the US and we don't even open the boxes for a month. I am the CEO of a national company and conducted a workshop for Multi Million Dollar and Multi Billion dollar companies and I was planning to wear my new shoes for my event… I put them on, day of the event and they were the WRONG size! Sasha, my sales rep put the wrong size in the box! They were 1 size smaller!! And what is crazy is that I even asked Sasha to make sure that he put the right size at the counter, because we tried on numerous shoes with numerous sizes. Long story short, I was screwed for my event. So, I had to wear them for a few hours (until lunch time) on CARPET, NOT outside! As soon as my event was over… I contacted Christian Louboutin and they told me that I am BEAT! B/C it is over the 10 grace period, its not their policy! Are you serious??? My wife and I have spent over $15,000 with this company and to be treated like this is CRAZY! I was only looking for my RIGHT size! I was going to give their brand new shoes back in exchange for my right size! This was THEIR mistake NOT mine but they decided to rip me off and lose my business forever and my wife's of course!!
