Shared toilets despite paying extra for a private bathroom. Even for a hostel this was poor. The place is a maze.

We were only staying one night as we were on our way to Germany. Rooms were clean and tidy and surprisingly roomy and the bathrooms clean and functional. The staff were very friendly and gave us all the help and advice we needed. The breakfast was average at best, All in all good for the price but the breakfast could have been better.

The staff were very friendly and the room was clean. The breakfast was large and varied. The one complaint I have is that the bathroom (having the shower in it) was very dirty. I decided to skip the shower at this particular hostel and used the toilets accessible from the hallway instead of the one in the rooom.

It's a Hostel but not really, has some rooms for meetings, cafeteria. The rooms are decent size but are single beds lined up. Rooms are not bright enough.

The place itself is decent and walk-able to the center but we were not given appropriate parking advice. We were told that we could park in the nearby stadium parking. But they completely ignored mentioning that parking is not allowed on game days. We ended up paying 180 EUR as our car was towed away. Getting the card back was quite a hassle. Paying parking fines in Reims is not easy!

Nice location. Good service. Usable kitchen. Nice free breakfast. Building could use a remodel as it has seen some wear and tear. Basic rooms.

Everything was so nice! The hostel was clean, easy to find, spacious, and had free breakfast, free towels. The wifi worked really well, and the staff were super helpful my entire stay in Reims.

Hotel is well located, and the rooms are fairly spacious and comfortable. Only problem I have encountered is that there is no border to the shower, which means the water has a tendency to spill in the entire bathroom, though that is not a huge issue in itself.

The workers are very kind, helpful with whatever you need. They offer a garden for a rest, benches, breakfast, lunch. Also you can pay them to cook you whatever you want to. There is a washing machine, vending machines, room with plays, available for students, with classrooms, with a gym. The best place to stay. Clean and nice plays next to the centre. 10 min from supermarkets, 100 m away from a public transport. Excellent.
