Great hotel experience and our first Tim in an apartment hotel...we loved having the kitchenette and the room was more than adequate for our needs.....

Rooms are clean and well serviced.
Staff very professional and polite.

Room is very nice. Staff was helpful when we needed to switch rooms (two singles to a double). Didn't get the breakfast to save money, but there is a nice kitchenette in the room with a stove, microwave, toaster and small dishwasher. There is also pots and pans with cutlery as well. Bathroom is nice as well, bit of a strange shower though; the door doesn't close all the way so a bit of water can get out. Nice location in the city as well, metro line is just outside the door. Grocery store is also right in the mall that is connected to the hotel.

Extremely noisy!!!
They clean the room only once a week. They did not replace soap, towels and toilet paper but the worst is that they do not clean the bathroom. My husband stayed here for one month and we joined him later to stay one more month, and we are still waiting for the bathroom to be cleaned. We asked at the reception but nobody ever came. I don't understand why they don't clean the bathroom after a week's use!! Very disappointed

I had an Apartment booked for a long stay, which they offer a reduced rate.
To add our apartment had a washing machine and dryer, which was very convenient considering our long stay. Also we had a dishwasher with soap provided and replaced anytime we needed more.

Got some error when booked hotel room via third party agency web service, but thankfully they willing to reimburse our excess fee, friendly staffs, good room condition and kitchen sets well equipped with dishwasher(saved me tonnes ass for washing dishes after cooking). Carrefour within Shopping Mall is next to the building and feel easy to buy groceries stuffs around and cook something. But the aircond might bit less colder, so you might need open your windows if it's winter season

Incredibly cramped room for just two people and if you have a couple of bags there won't be enough room to unpack. They don't clean every day but you get what you pay for I suppose and the hotel itself is kept clean with no bugs. The view is pretty awful though as I overlook the inside of a shopping mall restaurant.

The bad:
The bathroom faucet was rather rusted in room 305.
My room looked nothing like the pictures on the website.
There was one elevator working and one elevator out of order at the time of my stay. Trying to get to the lobby was terrible. Took forever!
The layout of the apartment was somewhat a waste of space. The toilet was separated from the rest of the bathroom.

The Wi-Fi is impossible to use. It constantly kicks you off or says that it can't fully connect. If you talk to the front desk about it, they claim that their wifi is working just fine.
The rooms are fairly nice but not worth the price. They earned an extra star by replacing our fridge the same day it broke. Convenient location.
The bathroom had no soap on arrival. Mediocre housekeeping once a week, pay for more often.
Would not come back because the wifi is so frustrating.

Location takes full points here. Right besides the mall and Metro access to multiple lines!
Not to mention nearby cafes, restaurants, pharmacies and almost anything you need.

Ok, or room was a bit small with an nonfunctional closet, but the service was friendly and the location very good, near the subway.

The good:
The bed and pillow was comfortable enough for a good rest. The decor is dated.
I did get an upgrade offer. Not sure why. Room upgrades are always good. Why ask why. I'll take it!
