Nice studio and friendly staff... at first. One night guy had absolutely no interest going the extra mile to setup a room transfer between me and a co-worker, which could be fine by me if he didn't feel the urge to lecture me about how why he would just sit on his hands. To the point I had to mention I had no interest and walked away.

Husband and I rented a studio here for two weeks. It was a great location. We only got cleaning twice while we were here and they didn't refill the toilet paper nor dd they sweep. They failed to mention that their crappy breakfast room costs 13 euro per person, so when we checked out we had a 350 euro breakfast bill when we were led to believe it was free. There is no ac here, just a fa that blows around muggy hot air. The shower was TERRIBLE, water took forever to heat up and there is no shower door or curtain so water gets everywhere. Their free wifi is so bad my phone would barely run the internet and forget about the laptop. The hotel/apt itself was over all just dirty and smells bad. I would not recommend this place nor will I ever stay here again.

Rooms are comfortable and secure and reasonably sized. Location is ideal; a minute from the Metro and with loads of shops and restaurants close by. Kitchenette is a little small, but well stocked with equipment. WiFi does struggle at peak times.

Breakfast good, rooms ok, no air-conditioning and neighbourhood can get noisey... Need to have windows open so hard to sleep. Hot water inconsistent

Bathroom is subpar, however for the price it's a place I'd stay at again!

Average hotel in an average location. Unfortunate that apartments do not have a washing machine inside

Had a stay for 9 nights in the studio apartment. Room was very comfortable and warm staff..

We had some frustrating troubles with wifi but really liked our room, a studio with a small kitchenette. Clean, modern, able to cook basic meals for ourselves - plus a bathtub which was fantastic when we overdid the walking and needed to rest our weary feet in the evenings. Very close to metro, felt safe in the neighbourhood and close to convenience stores and restaurants. Walking distance to Pere Lachaise too.
