The facilities are not that bad, but the service is very poor - whole experience is very frustrating.
Receptionist Hayt was very unprofessional and rude, she i) refused to show explanation of the rules, given her interpretation contradicted our previous experience and explanation of her colleagues,
ii) when asked how we can leave the feedback, she said "do whatever you want there is no one else here" ii) when asked to return money for the membership, we were told to come another time (she did not want to do it).
No possibility to book squash online for a member and check the schedule - phone calls only - 18th century service.

Not that bad but I really expected more for a gym with such a location. They need to renovate their equipment.

Pretty goood gym, one month rate is decent, comes out to about $6/day... Nice people, lots of machines, free weights, and lots of ellipticals amd treadmills. Buy a cheap lock for the locker rooms .

Adequate gym with lots of raquetball courts. No squat rack, only Smith machines.

For the annual subscription rate, it's not worth it.
First, it's old fashioned designed and decorated, back of a gym club of crapy 70s and the equipments are often out of order, like cold water in the showers if they work, dirty sanitaries, walls and ceilings in bad shape...
Cardio machines have no TV screens, and also you have to be a slave during one year of their bad musical playlist that is a constant replay, you hear those same cheap electro songs all the time... (and that is the case for all the CMGs located in Paris, poor ears, poor musical culture) as in the mean time, the direction would have enough money to pay a DJ.
So this gym club is just a cash machine, they have a huge space and don't care about the customer's well being, so where's the modernity?

Un club de sport avec une super ambiance. Accueil et bonne humeur à tous les étages 9 équipe et clientèle ..... les pressions de squash seront plus que satisfaits ....

Équipe (direction, accueil )très aimable et souriante, coachs sportifs au top niveau et très sympas, planning des cours riche et varié, localisation de la salle très accessible par différents modes de transport.
