I would not recommend this hotel to anyone until they figure out whom they have employed there giving out Credit Card information. I stayed one night, have not used that card in months, and the next morning tried booking a flight back to the States and the card had been declined??? I called my bank, and they said several attempts have been made during that night, and that my card has been cancelled due to fraudulent activity. The hotel itself is not that bad, but they have made no attempt to correct this situation, and afraid others may fall victim to this. DO NOT STAY HERE. I have stayed a hundred other hotels in Paris without any problems at all. Please pick a different hotel.

The hotel also has great access to Sacré Cœur which is a fantastic cathedral well worth visiting, and is surrounded by many good restaurants and bars, as well as a bunch of shops geared towards tourists.

Small rooms. Clean though. No entertainment options

It's a basic room, got what you need. Bathroom is nice although toilet is in an awkward place! Metro is about a 4 minute walk up the hill. Reception staff very friendly and helpful

The room is very small.
The shower is incredibly small, to the point where it's hard to move around if you have even somewhat long limbs.
There is no air conditioning (only really a problem in the warmest parts of summer.

No airconditioning, there's a group of local teens that come down from their flats and sit with drinks right on the pavement outside kicking a ball and shouting until 2am ...not exaggerating, it's EVERY night...wifi is terrible. That said staff are extremely I mean EXTREMELY friendly and helpful. The woman doing the breakfasts could do with an attitude adjustment though...don't plan on having a quick breakfast and running out sightseeing early. Breakfast starts at 7am she only gets there then. She needs to go on a hospitality course. She's not afraid to shout at patrons for the simplest of issues. Not the best to encounter after just waking up and needing coffee.

Rooms were clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was good. Rooms and bathrooms were tiny. Not sure how they compare to typical accommodations in the area. Twin room had 2 twin beds pushed together and there was barely enough room to walk around them. There was no hot water for morning shower. Ok, if you shower at non peak times

It was clean but there was a strong smell of sewer.

The room we stayed in is very nice, and quite clean. It has a modern look, and was everything in the room worked well.

We thought this hotel, recently renovated was very nice. We have stayed in the Montmartre area several times and always enjoyed it. The staff here was EXCEPTIONAL ! Very friendly, helpful and efficient. I would give the actual hotel and staff a 5 star, but the noise from the cafes (read: bars) was unbelievable. It kept us up till 4:30 am every night. We had to close our window, which was the only source of air just to keep the noise to a dull roar. We stayed 10 nights and I was very exhausted by the end of the stay. Location is a 1 star.

The main negatives:

The hotel has a metro stop very nearby, although at the top of a sizable staircase, and accessing the metro not via the staircase requires going a bit out of your way. The metro can get you into the heart of Paris in 10 minutes or so, however, so it's very convenient.

Stayed here one night for work. All streets lead to this hotel. It's amazing! Plenty of places to eat and plenty of places for sightseeing. The front rooms of hotel might get a lot of noise from the restaurant across the street but you just get up and go drink with the cute girls, no problem there. Compare to my usual place in Latin Quarter, I think this is a pretty fun location to stay in as an alternative.

Nice room with new fixtures. European sized but all the necessities. Excellent service staff in a lively neighborhood near Sacre Coure basilica.
