Back in the hotel I noticed that I have bought the wrong size. Next day I went back to the store for an exchange. Unfortunately they didn't have my size. I asked if they might have it at the other store and the answer was: "I don't know and I can't give you the money back"
So I was "forced" to buy something else for the money. Furthermore staff was very unfriendly!

I'm a big fan of jun'ya watanabe, but the attitude of the seller (lack of interest to the customer, private concerns of the seller were more Important, sniffy answers etc.) in that store were really irritating, that's why I lost the interest for clothing. I prefer to order online. What a pity! :(((

The clothing selection was great aside from the limited availability of larger sizes. The attitude of the staff made me feel unwelcome and they acted like it was an inconvenience when I asked a question, on top of that they were not helpful.

Love the brand, but very disappointed about that store. Was there to buy a shirt and they won't let you try it one. So I bought it and hoped for the right size - which is not that easy with CDG!

Best clothing store in Paris if you like Japanese fashion.

Later the day I went to the KENZO boutique and had a much better experience. They know about service!
