Excellent sous tous rapports.
D'abord l'accueil chaleureux aimable et d'un certain standing mais sans etre guindé. On se sent à l'aise et le cadre "vieille pierre" est chaleureux.
Le service est irréprochable, les gérants sont arrangeant (sur les changements dans les menus ou pour la boisson par exemple)
La cuisine est excellente, des produits frais, une carte qui suit les saisons (actuellement le potiron et les noix a l'honneur par exemple) et des associations audacieuses et originales. La nourriture est fine mais les plats sont malgré tout copieux, l'équipe fait honneur à la gastronomie française.
Je ne peux que le conseiller chaleureusement et j'ai hâte d'y retourner au changement de saison pour découvrir la nouvelle carte. Bravo.

We had a great evening, the personnel is able & willing to speak English. They give good advice and details on the meals and the wines. It tasted great, I had the veal risotto which is a lovely treat (and it is more than enough too). My wife had salmon on a bed of vegetables which was really good as well, also well cooked to order.

Excellent menu affaire très bon. Comme d'habitude accueil chaleureux. A recommander aux touristes.

For dessert they forgot our order for a few minutes, but the waiter remembered himself and made sure we quickly got it afterwards. That can happen, if it is fixed properly than it is not a problem. The dessert itself, abricots baked in thyme with (ice) cream was lovely as well.

Tonight The restaurant was not full - but still they did forget i have gluten allergy - and served the poached egg menu course with gluten.
I love This little village with and excellent Winehouse nearby, but This restaurant is not worth the money

We had the gourmet menu this night - im so sorry but it was a disapointment.
We were at the same restaurant 4 years ago were We Got a superb service and the gourmet menu was excellent.
This time the food was flavourless - the foie gras with apple compot was quite good. But the entrecote course had no taste - the wegetables were as they came from a frost bag. No taste og totally Well done - no structure in the vegetables.
The munster cheese was ok , but paying additional 5euro for getting a flambé is outrageus .
For desert some chcolate ice together with sorbet ice - NOT a good combination.
We Got NOT Wine for the course - staff apparently forgot us . Maybe he was busy - but the restaurant wasn't even Half full.
For the Münster menu We had to remind Them regarding the wine.
Paying almost 90euro for the gourmet menu wire one glas Wine to each course (except for the Desert) is to much.
The Wine stub at Chambard in Kaysersberg serve better food for much less money.
