Expensive and okay food. Friend got a burger for 17 euros with the patty not fully cooked and tasted frozen and all our fries tasted exactly like a frozen bag of fries. I got 600g of ribs, ribs were tender, it was 20 euros.

One-star food/service at 4-star prices.

After our currency conversion, we paid the same for two entrees, one appetizer, one dessert, and two waters that we would have back home at a 4-star steakhouse.

Come on, it's only ketchup packs, stop being so CHEAP. Your nasty attitude does not fit in customer service at anywhere as a cashier, cooker whatever. If YOU don't like your job, go somewhere else that you don't need to speak English or does not need to deal with customers, even McDonald's has better service than you!!

Staff was not friendly at all other than the two waiters who initially greeted us and were gone by the time we were given our food.

Absolutely apalling service. We asked for English menus after struggling to read them for a few minutes. The waitress gave us a strange look and gave the menus to us. We were not given cutlery, which meant we had to eat our starters with our fingers, and when we asked for it we were given one fork. When we explained we needed cutlery for the whole table, the waitress dumped them on the table and walked off. Everyone was served their meals except one person. The waitress had to check what was ordered and turned up five minutes later with his meal. Desserts arrived, bar one. We asked about it and then just as everyone was finished, the missing dessert arrived. The bill was left on our table before anyone had even finished. As a joke we checked the bill just in case they'd messed up on that, but to our surprise, they double counted for the missing dessert, even though it had been ordered as part of a set menu. We tried to explain it to the waitress but she didn't understand/outright refused that there had been any mistake. We went to the front desk and explained the issue but they didn't believe it because of the set menus that had been ordered. After explaining and the staff realising we were right, our waitress stomped off and started bitching about us to one of the other waitresses. Not one apology or offer of compensation the whole evening. Also the steak was rubbish.

Food is alright, basic grill, with mediocre sides. Alcohol selection is very limited. The decoration is very nice though, looks like a farmer's house, and the grill is built in a way that you can easily see it in the restaurant.

Our hotel recommended this place because it's close but they really need to stop recommending it. Worst dining experience I've had in Europe by FAR.
