Very clean room and friendly staff at this hotel located in the center of town. Great location for shopping, dining, and touring the city. Pricey if you wanted to eat here, but with all the nearby options you don't need to.

Nice older hotel in a great section of town. However restaurant breakfast buffet is always the same as well as crowne room club in afternoon. Maid service is fair at best. Always seem to never have wash cloths unless you ask. Laundry service very expensive. 3 euros to wash a pair of socks. Liquid soap dispenser in my room has been empty for 2 weeks with no interest in replenishing

The location can't be bet. Staff is friendly, helpful, and fluent in English. The lounge and restaurant are very nice and include a lovely courtyard area as a choice for dining. The room is small and nothing special. I'm sure they are on par for similar accommodations in this area. They are up-to-date and well maintained. Parking is difficult in this area and the parking garage in the plaza is expensive... 26 euros a day. I would recommend taking a ride service to and from the hotel.

Great, friendly staff. Room was nice, breakfast buffet decent, however you may want to order your eggs separately as the scrambled eggs on the buffet are runny. Room had a mini-bar fridge--super tiny. Lots of power outlets in the room!! :-) We were on the fourth floor and it would've been nice to open our windows, but they were locked. Nice location right by the Capital building and square. Great outdoor patio dining at night. Our food was really amazing.

Comfortable bed and sizable room, good rates for 4 people. Location cannot get any better. Staff very friendly and helpful.
