Darty composé de vendeur qui préfèrent tenir un salon de thé. On est obligé d'attendre plus de 20 min avant de trouver un vendeur. On ne sait jamais qui est affecté à quel secteur. Le SAV nous regarde comme des voleurs et des idiots quand on a un soucis. A la caisse ils en ouvrent qu'une et ont du mal à sourire.
Ah oui au faite il est pas difficile de dire bonjour et au revoir à quelqu'un.

Je suis extrêmement mécontent. Ce 22 décembre j'ai acheté un ordinateur "Моdele", et voulais l'essayer avec un des employés du magasin. Il a catégoriquement refusé, expliquant que ce n'était pas du tout nécessaire, puisque qu'il y avait le cachet de Lenovo. Quand je suis revenu chez moi, l'ordinateur ne marchait pas. Le lendemain je voulais le rendre pour en recevoir un autre, mais on m'a dit qu'on ne pouvait que le réparer et qu'il fallait attendre quelques jours. Ainsi le Noël de ma fille a été gâché et au lieu d'avoir un cadeau pour Noël elle a eu un ordinateur déjà réparé après la fête.

Very nice store. High tech and interesting things

Overall, the team is incompetent and rude but the worst is the store manager with a very bad attitude, even borderline rude. He has to understand the difference between customers and his buddies that he can bully around.
