My experience was wonderful at DeCAD.I wanted the cleaning of the dust from my Laptop.The staff member,Rafael, who had excellent customer relationship skills.He invested some time and cleaned my Laptop thoroughly and charged me a reasonable price.He spoke English very well and that was very helpful for me (who doesn't speak French) to make him understand the problem.The location of the store is very convenient near to the city centre.So for me everything turned out very well

Un très bon accueil et un service de qualité. Je cherchais un chargeur pour mon Asus mini et c’est chez eux que je l’ai trouvé et pour un prix plus que raisonnable, un prix internet !!! Je suis très contente et j’y retournerai les yeux fermés si jamais j’ai un pépin informatique.

Je suis très heureux d'avoir fait appel à DeCAD pour la prise en charge de mon ordinateur portable. J'ai eu en face de moi des personnes très sympathiques, qui répondaient avec patience à mes interrogations de profane. La prise en charge de mon matériel à été rapide et je salue au passage leur système de communication par mail et par téléphone.
Bref, je vous recommande fortement de vous adresser à ces professionnels pour vos soucis informatiques.

Très satisfaite du service obtenu ! Je partais 3 jours après pour l'étranger, j'ai eu une réparation rapide et sérieuse avec une garantie d'un tarif fixe. Je suis contente car tellement d'arnaque dans ce milieu. Bref, sérieux, sympathie du personnel, rapidité. Merci beaucoup ! :)

电脑莫名其妙硬盘坏了简直吓死 但是他们很快修好了它 店员很耐心跟我讲解 而且店里环境很明亮干净 感觉比其他的小修理店更专业！

Very nice and friendly, went there just 5 minutes before closing time and still they took time to give me plenty of details and informations, despite me not buying anything and just needing info. Really well informed on the Google Apps for work matter, one of the reasons i went there. highly recommended
