Our second stay here: Positioned closest to Disney Village and therefore the parks of any of the 'lake hotels.' Out of the hotel door it is a 2 minute stroll to the Village bag check and then an easy 5 minutes on to the Magic Kingdom. Staff are wonderfully helpful and speak excellent English if you need them to. As we were leaving a French Bell Boy was giving a four year old lad a ride to the bus stop on his baggage trolley whilst chatting away happily in English... as good an example as any. Rooms are basic but to a good standard. A hint of a wallpaper peel and a couple of stiff drawer units were the only hint that our room wasn't in perfect nick. Rooms have free Wi-Fi through a quick sign up page. Didn't use the bar: Happy hour at King Ludwig's Castle in the Disney Village is 17:30-19:00 for good German beer and French wine. Basic shop downstairs in the hotel for merchandise mostly. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again. The extra to stay in the Disneyland Hotel by the park is tough to justify.

For the amount of money I spent I was actually expecting a bit more. The room was fine but the bath was not in a great condition. The dinner at the restaurant of the hotel was also disappointing. Breakfast buffet was great though. The cocktails at the bar were good. Didn't have enough time to try the swimming pool or fitness club. Great view.

Great location to the parks and Disney Village. Recently refurbished and the rooms are nice (if rather plain).

All in all just a bit too expensive.

Very convenient for the park and Disney Village! The amenities were nice, the pool was deep and great for relaxing in! Loved being able to walk to Disneyland whenever, the magic hour was also nice!

We are 2 days into a 4 day stay, the hotel is really nice. Very easy walking distance to the park. We have a double room which is very spacious. Gym and pool look very nice, pool is inside and outside which is good for this weather (30'C). Have not yet eaten in the hotel. Overall I would recommend the hotel, the 4* rather than 5 is because the aircon in our room does not work, although we were offered to change rooms we did not have the energy for it at 11pm at night when we got back to the hot room.

My wife and I stayed at the hotel for our honeymoon. The staff was extremely kind and made our stay very special. A beautiful display of roses was left for us in our gorgeous, spacious room. Concerns and issues we're dealt with extremely quickly. the Disney magic is alive and well at this hotel.

Lovely hotel. Arrived to Mickey's and chocolate coins on the beds. Every day we had a chocolate coins on our pillows and mid week we had a box of chocolates. The kids loved the pool and ice skating. Food wasn't always to my taste but there was plenty of choice, so didn't starve. Only downside is drinks aren't included in adult meals (for hotel plans)

My husband and I stayed for four nights while visiting Disneyland Paris. The location is convenient to the parks, Disney Village, and the RER station. The Cast Members are pleasant and helpful. The room is a very nice size, with two queen beds, a desk with chair, a table with two chairs, and a TV stand with drawers and minibar. The bathroom is nicely arranged with two sinks, a commode, and a bath/shower. There is a very small in room safe in the closet, along with an iron and ironing board. Only down side is there are not many outlets (they are standard European 220v). Otherwise, great place to stay!

Great location. Excellent customer service. Leak in room was dealt with professionally. The hotel resolved the issue promptly and upgraded us to VIP Fast track tickets for remainder of our stay. Rooms clean. All staff very friendly. Added security in hotels. A really pleasant stay. Closest hotel in the park. If you can stay in the Well done to the staff and management. If you can, stay in the Empire state club as you will have access to a dedicated restaurant and other perks.

Good location in the park but apart from that an awful hotel. The hotel is closing in October 2018 to become a marvel hotel some in the mean time the poor customers have to put up with a run down hotel. Problems we encountered.
1. Leak in room, wet carpet and damp smell.
2. Dark dingy room with no bed side lamps or lights, had to move a lamp across the room to provide light.
3. Shower head and bracket broken.
4. 1 of the 3 lifts the 5th floor button is broken.
5. Dirty & tatty decor
6. Bad sound proofing so could hear baby next door crying during the night.
Not great.

Lovely venue, close to both Disney Parks and village. Queuing upon arrival was nightmare. Some rooms in need of a bit of TLC

Good Disney touches, all add to the magic of a Christmas weekend in Disneyland, Paris. Perhaps to be expected, prices are high; touch the mini bar at your peril! Would recommend going half board at least (fill your bag with croissants!). Also, get into the park early. Finally, the artificial ice rink looks appealing but is impossible (and I'm not just being proud!). The pool is good though. Merci Disney!
