This place is an absolute hidden gem and we will definitely be coming back soon. I had a lovely NYE meal with my fiancé and it was the perfect start to 2015. I wish we were staying for longer.

Truly beautiful hotel. Unique rooms and breathtaking view. Food was homey and delicious. Wish we could have stayed for more than one day.

Restaurant - Made the trip to try the 30 euro day menu, for no reason the chef had decided not to have one on that day. I had previously asked while being seated if they had this menu and I was confirmed by the inexperienced intern waiters that they had it. This, I must say, ruined the whole experience. The place is great and beautiful, but the restaurant is quite expensive and common. I expected a better experience.

Amazing place and location, despite the weather was cold, rainy and foggy. Food was pretty good but the atmosphere was super. Want definitely go back for a sunny day!

Gorgeous settings in the forest, breathtaking views, lovely staff but and im sorry to say theres one, we were offered to go to a garden party at the hotel via email with vague details, we were tempted but decided to go in Annecy, we came back around 10 and it looked like a ghost hotel, if there had been a party it must have been a short one! Considering it was priced at 49 Euros each! Otherwise great place to relax, each room have a different theme! Ours was out of the film "out of Africa" and the bed sooooo confortable!

AVOID this hotel that apply heavy discrimination against our guests! We booked a suite with king bed at this Chateau using one of the largest booking website. However, upon arrival, hotel staff rudely arranged a room in a totally different building, which was FAR AWAY from the chateau and looks in a style much like Holiday-inn. This hotel never even posted any pictures or descriptions of this off-site location in the booking website. We complained to the staff and requested a switch to a Chateau suite as we booked. Manager indicated that only guests booked directly with the hotel deserve their stay in the chateau, but not those booking from a third-party website, such as Hotwire, Expedia, and Priceline. While we threatened to file a complain to the Attorney's Office, they made another bad excuse that no room currently was available. In fact, there should be LOTS of rooms available, per our estimate of total count of guests on that premise. EVERYBODY SHOULD AVOID THIS UNETHICAL, CHEATING, AND DISCRIMINATING HOTEL!
