Dordogne Storage Solutions. AVOID!! I don't write reviews but feel compelled to warn others about these people. I was badgered to pay in full for inside covered storage of my caravan. I returned after six months to find the caravan had clearly not moved from the pitch I left it on despite their assurances that they would move it for me as part of the service. The metal parts had rusted my bicycles which were left on the carrier on the back were rusty. We also paid for the van to be cleaned and valeted which they quoted as £100. This seemed a lot but hey ho when you are on holiday. However, as soon as we arrived after an 11 hour drive I was again badgered to pay before having even inspected it. When we did we found out why, they had broken the door to the caravan, there were cobwebs everywhere and even a wee in the loo (don’t usually leave it like that). It was covered with breadcrumbs from our previous usage and nothing was wiped down at all. We felt we were treated with utter contempt. Alarm bells rang when I got an email after one month of leaving the caravan to say it had been cleaned and could I pay for it. I said I wanted to see how well it had been done and was treated to an abusive reply from the owners. Please do not use these people as I would not trust them with anyone's belongings least of all a caravan. The site is not finished or laid out properly, like arriving at a half built Spanish hotel from an old comedy.

I used this company to store my customers household effects
prior to them moving into there new home, good service & no problems
