Unfortunately the staff is not able to understand when there are urgent cases! I asked (on Monday) for an appointment with one of the doctors describing my symptoms like hurting of a tooth for 3 days (gradually increasing - at the beginning I thought I have only a really bad headache). I was told that there are no appointments for the whole week. After insisting I was offered an appointment on Wednesday! I cancelled the appointment offered to me after I was treated by another doctor in Fontainebleau. I would like to point out that it took him only 15 min to discover that I had an infection and to give me some medication.
I cannot say how Dres. Russon are. However, this dentist seemed so professional after reading the website and I was very disappointed by the behavior of the staff - at least I would expect that they offer to indicate other assistance for urgent cases when they are not able to accommodate a new patient.
