Leçon privée réservée 2 jours à l'avance pour un membre de la famille. Au final on arrive a 9h45 pour un cours a 10h, comme prévu. 30min plus tard on nous annonce que le moniteur "n'est pas disponible, surement du à une erreur de planning".Aucun autre moniteur disponible, on a été remboursé et voila, pas de première leçon pour mon beau-père. Il a du faire la journée sans cours, totalement débutant, bref pas l'idéal.
Quelle incompétence de la part de l'ESF. Il y a surement des choses à améliorer dans l'organisation du Planning quand on se prétend Numéro 1 du marché...
C'est surement un coup de malchance, mais ca reste à signaler... Amicalement

Today I had a private lesson with Anais who was absolutely brilliant! I hadn't done any skiing for 8 years and she really knew how to put me at ease and bring my confidence levels back. Very patient and very personable, she would be my perfect pick for anyone wishing to have a ski lesson.

The intention was to put my son for a whole week 2 times a day. After 2 days he went in the midday with me because he was so borring.
I've been to a lot places but a never have seen such a mess. They don't look in wich class your child belong. A lot of time they standing by the elevator.....the only nice person was quinten

Had my 9 year old in a group lesson. Instructor was saying comments to the other kids in the group about him, not paying attention to crashes on the button lift and then giving out to him about taking his time getting to the top.
A lot of the requests were in French and then she got impatient when my son didn't do what was told ( he doesn't speak French!)
Overall a very dissapointed service.....
