Do not use this company unless you are after extremely horrendous customer service. The two youngsters at the counter are rude, snappy and useless. They refused us the car we had pre-booked online because they do not accept our credit card. This is not stated online. Their only advice for me and my heavily pregnant partner was to take the train and there is nothing they can do. I asked for assistance at hertz and it was sublime. They gave me an on the spot discount of 20% helped us with the luggage into the car and set us on our way. Will definitely recommend hertz and will avoid enterprise like the plague.

We returned the car safely with no damage but they charged us for damage on a different car we did not rent. We rented a FORD and they sent pictures of a damaged Citroen car. No refund given, full excess charged. Unbelievable.

I was communicated an initial price, but after few days I observed that they charged more than communicated. Also, did not receive in advance any justification for the 30% price difference - now I have to ask about this...

Enterprise Rent-a-Car were really disappointing. We wouldn't use them again or recommend them. They knowingly sent us off into the mountains and snow with summer tyres instead of winter ones - we had to turn back halfway and they couldn't do anything about it. Incredibly dangerous to give people travelling into snow these tyres!

Received a great service from Enterprise at Basel Airport. The location of the desk was 1 min from the arrival's and cars parked just 20 meters away!. Sarah even collected the car from the parking bay and drove it right in front of the doors! Excellent service Enterprise!
