Nous sommes satisfait de la qualité d'accueil et de service de l'équipe de Caen. L'hôtesse est adorable, elle est souriante et à l'écoute, grâce à elle nous avons passés de bonnes vacances. Merci à l’équipe.

When we returned the car, we had only 10 minutes until our train and Mamadou indicated a long scuff above the front driver side tire. He said it was grounds for a 150 Euro fee and then admonished us in a belittling way that we should "not park the car near other cars when visiting tourist destinations." The parking lot is not acceptable then? He then had the nerve to ask whether our rental had been a good experience...

NO ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN by Enterprise to make this right, not even an explanation from the Caen office as has been promised three times after calls to customer service. If no action is taken, I will never use Enterprise again and will be sure to recount this experience to family, friends, and colleagues both in the US and in France.

THIS BRANCH TOOK ADVANTAGE OF US AS AMERICAN TOURISTS. I'm fluent in French so this was not due to miscommunication. The agent, named Mamadou, was very courteous when we first arrived and talked us into opting for Enterprise's extra insurance on top of my USAA rental benefits. We accepted and were off on our way to visit Normandy (D-Day Beaches, Bayeux, Mont St. Michel, etc.).

Extremely helpful and courteous staff during our visit.

We rented from Europcar (a French company!) elsewhere on the same trip and had much better experiences.

Que dire de plus , accueil parfait aKira est très bien , le personnel ma livrer la voiture ils sont très soigneux et très classe, très attentif , pour ce qui dénigre cette entreprise dite vous bien que vous n'êtes pas le seul client , respecter le travail des autres car le leur est très bon merci

We arrived 2hours after the planned time to pick up our rental (we had rung the day before to let them know). The truck we had rented had gone for a delivery 1hour and a half away. Instead of apologizing they told us it was our fault because we were late and that we had to wait (there is not even a chair in their office). They were so mean and unhelpful that we decided to cancel the booking and rented a truck next door (very good service there ;))
