Firstly, when I booked with them it said Counter and Car in Terminal. In reality you have to take a shuttle to the place where all other rental cars are, so there is actually no difference in time when you book with them versus others. This also means when you return the car, you will need to take a shuttle back.

Unethical Business, I cannot recommend. I rented a car in September of 2017. Upon my return I was charged for some scratches / scrapes on the right front wheel. I informed the attendant that I did not know anything about it, nor did I hit anything with the car for the week I had it. They said the car had no damage when it left the dimly lit facility. Unfortunately for me I had not noticed this particular damage, but I did notice other damage. I saw some marks on the right side rear bumper (silver paint) and a red smudge likely from someone hitting/rubbing up against something. Fortunately I took a picture of this, which refutes their undamaged claim. Additionally upon close inspection of the picture, you can notice damage to the right rear wheel. It was dark in the facility and the wheels were a dark painted gray, but the picture does show damage. So its likely that the damage I found on the right rear of the car before I drove it is related to the damage on the right front. The fact that I can prove there was damage and the fact that they didn't take note of it when I picked up and dropped off the car, shows that their methods are inconsistent.

I rented a Citroen car from the Geneva Car rental facility near the airport June of 2017. A couple of days later the hood latch failed and the hood flew up into our windshield while driving 60mph on the Highway near Provence. We narrowly missed being killed by the Semi tractor trailers around us while we're trying to pull off. Very scarey experience!! We called the emergency # on the contract and the Enterprise customer service was of zero help. We navigated to the Local Citroen dealership to fix the problem ourselves so we could continue on with our vacation. Lost the whole day.

2. Enterprise did NOT document the damage I presented to them.

Their treatment of a frequent customer was consistent though. They were very heavy handed and rude for something that is very questionable at best.

On our way back there was huge accident on a highway, that delayed us by full hour. Needless to say by the time we have arrived to return the car we were running out of time and didn't get to fill up the tank. They ended up charging 157.50 euro plus VAT for 45 liters of diesel. Which means one liter costs 3.5 euro or more than triple of the street rate. Pure gauging of people that a lot of time have no choice.

Beware of 20% airport tax which could add hundreds to your bill! They don't tell you about it! Very bad airport setup for rental cars as hard to get to garage with your luggage. Difficult to get carts and then bus ride and then need another cart!.

Returned hire car to Enterprise Ferney Voltaire on 7th Feb with no issues.

So if think you are saving money you are not. Read other posts about this enterprise. They constantly shake customers down for fees that the owner should not be charged for. I would avoid!

Avoid Enterprise if you can! - They booked a sum off my credit card (in my case €250.--) upon rental, which was never reimbursed. Having to hand back the car on the French side of the airport requires super-natural navigation skills, as the drop off station is badly, if at all indicated. The staff were unfriendly and unhelpful.

All went well until a few days after returning the car (rental site in Zurich, Switzerland, downtown). They claimed that when they washed it there was a scratch (it had been inspected when I returned the car and no scratches were visible!; I guess that if you have to wash a car that is already quite clean to see a scratch, the scratch must be nearly invisible!). They charged my credit card $600: outrageous. Luckily I had pictures taken with my iphone right at the time of renting and at the time of returning it. I made the claim sending the pictures and they had to apologize. Summary: THEY ARE REALLY DISHONEST !

Now Enterprise is sending us a bill to pay for the damages!!! Gonna let the credit card company fight this one for me. I have been traveling for over 30 + years and this was the worst experience I have ever had with a rental car agency. Yeah....watch out for all the extras.

Friends visiting me rented from this Enterprise location in the summer. I just learned that they were notified of a 900 CHF charge for damage to the vehicle more than 3 months after it was returned! I was there when they returned it and there was no damage! The Enterprise personnel inspected the vehicle and noted NO DAMAGE! Fortunately, my friends retained a copy of the paperwork. It would appear that this kind of fraud is the way Enterprise Geneva does business. It's criminal.

I have returned the car on August 1st and received a big surprise in the mail three months later that there was a damage and they charged my CC without my authorisation or knowledge! Tried emailing there customer NON support and according to them case is closed! They incepted the car when I returned it in August and did not mention anything about a damage and I surly did not know of any!
The only word that comes to my mind is Thief's!

I had to rent another car to arrive at my destination and when I called the next morning, they said it was not there problem, there was nothing they could do and they had more clients. Utterly rude and unhelpful staff.

3. An Enterprise employee not in the parking garage (in the airport building) presented me with a paper that the care was in perfect condition, before I even had a chance to see the car. Which I can prove it was not.

Avoid at all cost! They have wrong opening hours everywhere (website, booking confirmation, telephone number...). I arrived at the airport at 21:00 and the office was closed (only car rental branch closed, it turns out they close at 19:00). They did not contact me during the day and they had no contact number, no information, anything. You can still make reservations online with starting time when they are actually closed!

When we get back to the States a quick " Google" of that car and we find out there were past recalls on the car and that " it was possible that the hood ( bonnet) could possibly come unlatched and cause severe damage and injury" if the recall was not addressed. Guess what Enterprise forgot to do?!?!
