July 2015, my car was broken in Lille, then my insurance company ASSU2000 help me by renting a car from Lille, me and my friend drive the from Lille to Paris.

The number is very difficult to call

then I called my insurance company, they said to contact this Enterprise Rent-A-Car, but had no reply. I called Enterprise Rent-A-Car, talking about the situation, they didn't say anything. After some month, I received a letter from Enterprise Rent-A-Car, asking me 500euros more to fix their car, I ignored it. that is all I met with this Enterprise Rent-A-Car.

Worse experience I have ever had with any car rental. 5 months after I am still to be refunded from a online paid reservation that, on site, was disallowed due to their inability to charge my credit card.

AVOID AVOID AVOID... rip off merchants. Car parked on a busy road where impossible to inspect properly and then WHAM with a bill for 1300€ without discussion, photos, proof ... but they didn't realize I was filming it ... bring on the lawyers for a fight you bstrds!!!
typical to rip off international tourists - disgusting for an international firm that deals with businesses... NEVER AGAIN ****

I am a journalist, I have told the Chinese world what this company did to me, from now on, I will tell everyone in English and French.

I swear, everything I say is true, I didn't meet anything to scratch the car, but they took my money. I believe that if anyone who meet this kind of problem will not stay calm.

We took the car in the morning, give a man 200euros as deposit, he asked us if we need insurance for 20euros, I didn't take the insurance because I believe a only 2hours driving will not make any problem. then, the man toke us to a under grand car parking, ask us to sign some papers, we signed as requested. then we drive the car to 13rd district Paris without stop, only less then 3hours, we arrive the agency, a man look at the car and told me that something broken on the window and also on the body as well, we told him that we didn't meet any unusual thing during driving, but he still refuse to give us the 200euros deposit and ask us for more money to fix the car. at that moment, we realized that we were treated for good, because the paper we signed at Lille was to say the car has no any scratch, but in fact, it had already had the scratch.
