Très bien placé au niveau des offres de prix, un seul bémol et non des moindres, ils sont injoignables, lorsque vous les appelez, vous êtes systématiquement orientés sur la plateforme de réservation au Maghreb :(

Une bien étrange façon de traiter les clients habitués...
Limite traiter comme de la ...., pas une seule fois le gérant m'a regarder dans les yeux !
Pour la discrétion, je suis bien content d'avoir été seul client à ce moment là... Je ne vois pas l'intérêt de réserver au préalable sur internet.
Bref, accueil exécrable, considération du client i n e x i s t a n t e !!!

Europcar has made the hiring of a car in Beziers inconvenient and expensive. We arrived by train at Beziers railway station on a Saturday afternoon, but Europcar was only open at Beziers Airport so we had to take a taxi that cost ~40 Euro. Please note that the Europcar staff at the airport were excellent, and the car was a good one.
To avoid the taxi fare issue we chose to return the car on a weekday morning to the main Beziers depot at 901 Avenue d'Agde, but on arrival at 9.30am found firstly that the depot was 3km away from the railway station meaning another taxi was needed (9 Euro), and secondly that the office and gate were closed until 10.30am and no staff were available to receive the car. Our train was due to leave shortly afterwards. Several other renters were also stuck outside waiting to either return or get their cars. This was not good service! We recommend that travellers arriving or leaving via Beziers railway station consider other rental agencies that have offices located within the station itself.
