Not easy to find the europcar office. On the A16 motorway, take exit 47 and follow Car Ferry. then follow the ticket office and arrive in front of a large blue building. Park the vehicle in the orange car park. the europcar office is located in the building. I like to thank you for the good services.

Thanks to the previous review we realised quickly that there was nothing here! Europcar drop off is in a big carpark next to the car ferry. When you arrive turn right to avoid the ferry queue, following signs for travellers without tickets/towards the terminal building. Nearly missed the ferry (but sat on board with a coffee now).

Follow signs when entering Calais to the car ferry, leave your car in the car park near the car ferry entrance, desk is inside to return keys and for them to inspect the car.

This is not the address to drop off your car rental! Sent on a wild goose hunt around the town.

Otherwise good service, google just needs to update this completely incorrect address!

Very difficult to find the depot. No signage or directions.

Four of us from New Zealand. Hired a car for 3 days to drive to Ieper and back to catch the train to Paris. good car, helpful staff, even set the Sat Nav to our hotel in Belgium for us. Good deal
