Personnel sympa. Véhicule ne correspondant pas à ma réservation et peu approprié pour familles, surtaxes d'options sensée faire partie de la réservation de base. Société écœurante par ses pratiques

Je déconseille fortement de passer par Europcar à Saint-Malo ou exigez un reçu en rendant la voiture. Cette agence m'a débité de mon compte bancaire des indemnités carburant alors que le plein avait été effectué juste avant de rendre le véhicule.

Run away from this place as fast as you can!
The vehicle was parked on a public car park, there was a parking ticket from the police on the windscreen which I took straight away to Europcar agent.
When she got it in her hands she did throw it to the rubbish bin and said it was not needed to be taken care of.
One month later I received the fine to be paid from French police and 30€ "administration fees" charged by Europcar directly to my credit card.
How come the rental car is parked on public space when the customer has not picked it up??
The worst part is the contract was done at 10h25 and the fine ticket written at 10h30.
I cannot even demonstrate that I was not responsible for it.
Disgusting.
Not forgetting that the vehicle was dirty inside and outside.
The office was closed with a sign on the door "been to deliver a car" at the time it was set to be brought back.
We waited 20 minutes to see a happy guy coming back to his office, no sorries, no worries. Our contract time clocked over.
