Abysmal customer service typical of French big box retailers. When I eventually caught the attention of a clerk too deep into his conversation with his co-worker to hear me, I got the impression I had committed a crime in interrupting him. Prices are average as most cultural products have government-set prices in France. This all looks like the top management at FNAC had no clue e-tailers with were about to kill them off and justly so. My advice: If you need to buy a big-ticket item like a TV or a laptop, drive to Sarrebruecken instead, a mere 60 kms away, where you will get lower prices and better customer service.

We have almost all of our electronic products, children books, movies, music, etc from here. I love Fnac. They have wonderful and helpful employees.

Typical american department style store with higher end jewelry, clothes, make up, accessories on top floor, but interesting bottom floor with electronics and books. Slightly overpriced selections but convenient the shopping plaza in Metz.
