I am disappointed about FNAC customer service and customer respect as general. The staff is not informed about the offers even though they have nice intentions. I wasted 2 days in between 2 stores to buy one phone! They walked me up and down in the store for 1h just because they do not know the offers. They sold me an insurance for which I supposed to get reimbursement which I've never gotten any. After I wanted to follow up online on my case there is no option to do so they ask me to go back to the store! It's a time wasting experience.

Fnac are so out-dated, overpriced. And they didn't even do the cable I needed...

Nice place to shop. In a village environment. With big retailers neighboring smaller, more traditional shops. Easily accessible by car and with public transports (15-30 min. away from central Paris). The fnac complex looks small from the outside but is built underground. Vast product range.

Fnac Bercy is suposed to be one of the shops in Fnac chain that provides custemers with hi tech merchandise, often very pricey. But the atmosphere and behaviour of menagers and sales persons is not on that level. You will find a bunch of incompentante, nonprofessional employees who have no interes to sell or to inform you about products and insurance. Eric Bribes, the director of this mupet establishment is the worst. Even when he is warned about unprofesional and ILEGAL behaviour of his employees - they are obliged by law to present you the details of saile AND insurance BEFORE you pay for it , and they don't bother to do so !!! - he will simply ignore such remarks and put up a shit like behaviour, that only proves how childish and incompetant he really is. They will hide the details of the insurance policy, you will be given the copy only after you sign it. If you insist on reading it before you sign it, you will be threatned - they will tell you that the sale and transaction can be stoped.
The incopetance and arogance stinks high in this place. No one knows anything, they have no idea on prices, conditions, they lie to your face when they promise you protection of hi tech equipmet that is sold there. They will take thousends of euros without any considerations towards custemers.
Shameless shithole, if you havent already steped into this septic pool, avoid it.
