In this branch of the chain electronics / books / music department store, you are almost sure to find what you're looking for. If you know how to benefit of spot promotions, you can find very good deals. I gave it 4* because most staff are careless... unless you're lucky enough to find the rare dedicated sales person.

Well stocked shop, especially for books (fiction, non-fiction, comics, children books), with a section dedicated to the foreign languages. The computer, audio and video sections are not always kept up-to-date, with high prices compared to Internet shops, but at least you can try, touch and see the products, and you can have it right away.

I'Do Not Recommend Expensive Prices Correct Quality But The Staff Who Was Not Very Nice Very Busy And Not At All Times Available For Most Of Them Not Enough Sellers Very Disappointed About This Company Better Than Him At La Défense At The Staff Work Level

One of the biggest shops I have ever seen in terms of electronics, HiFi, CDs and music. You can easily spend here several hours searching for a CD or a vinyl and for sure you'll find exactly what you want.

I had a problem with the delivery of two products at this fnac. Then, no manager was available to talk to me, there was a big line in the customer service, the employees didn't want to help (they hated me because I needed someone able to talk in English). Poor customer service in all levels. They couldn't cancel my purchase, change the delivery or anything. Fnac is really NOT a shop concerned with their clients. And they don't care about it.

Great record shop with a large stock of CDs, DVDs, special box sets, vinyl and associated products like headphones. The large store across several floors is located near Les Halles Chatelet train Metro and RER stations.

Its a huge electronics/book store with multiple levels and has everything you need. The prices are reasonable and the stock levels are usually quite good. Service staff are patient and helpful even when dealing with tourists - they often don't speak too much english so show them as much patience as you would like them to have with you! (Please learn some french or have Google translate handy when asking for things though...)
