All you can expect from a big store. Perfect to find a gift. A little crowded during the Christmas holidays as you could expect.

THEY STOLE MY MONEY! I wish I could put a zero grade. I bought two books at 70 euros. Did not receive the books, and tried to contact fnac three times. They did not accept to return my money because they can't do that with their policy. The books are on transit, so they can't give the money back. They told me the driver may have lost it. Basically, THEY JUST STOLE MY MONEY. Worst Staff ever, worst services, liars, hang up the phone on you, call you at 12 am, and steal your money.

Security is oddly thorough.. my little should bag was about the size of my fist and they insisted of searching it. Well, okay.

This electronics, books and music store is conveniently located nearby the Galeries Lafayette and Le Printemps world famous department stores. As always with Fnac, you can find all you want at best possible price when you know when to take advantage of spot promotions. I gave it only 4* because staff are usually careless unless you're lucky enough to find the helpful one.

The go to place for culture (books, music, videos) and electronics. Pretty big and crowded. They do have a lot.

Decent place, large assortment of stuff. Staff is minimally helpful, though consistent.
