This must be one of the most beautiful hotels in the world, views, the gardens, pool club, lunch and cabanas everything is just wow about this place! We been here many times and many more to come.

Quite stuffy. If you are used to Four Seasons, this will be and feel different. For some, it may be better, for us it was not as friendly. It had a French-superior attitude about it, which we didn't like. I have lived and travelled in France extensively and I can't say I have described a hotel in this way before. Felt a little like walking into a Louis Vuitton store and getting unjustified attitude from the sales staff.

A wonderful place to come for a drink and a coffee and sit by the pool for an afternoon away from the hustle and bustle of Nice. Super pricey but the views and the people-watching is worth it!

One of the best hotels I've ever been. Excellent service, spacious rooms and an extravagant seaside with a seawater pool. I didn't miss a single thing here. Expensive but worth it.

A lovely property in a stunning location. We went for a afternoon visit, rather than as hotel guest and had an wonderful time. The grounds are sensational, the food and service excellent, the terrace and pool area accessed via the funicular railway spectacular.

Highly recommended if a) money is not a concern for you or b) you're looking for a place to go for a special occasion - just budget 3x what you expect to 'normally' pay ;-) so you don't get sticker-shock.

Bucket list hotel. Tranquil luxury. Incredible service. Splurge for a room with a view. You only live once!

What a shame to make fireworks 2 days after the tragic events in Nice right across where everything happened, and during the 3 days of national mourning. I hope that all of your clients that have a little humanity will leave your hotel asap. And I encourage everyone to just boycott your hotel for such a shameful behavior. You are in a way celebrating terrorism and horror... And please remove the French flag from your premises. You are certainly not Nice et absolutely not France.

This hotel offers a very attractive location, peaceful and refreshingly serene in the otherwise crowded Côte d'Azur. I found the historical "heritage" building to be very nice, and paying extra for the Palace Sea View is well worth it to make the most out of the view. The outside look of the "Residence" does not look as enticing, more like a bad idea from a modernist architect of the 70s.
My room was in good condition, with the type of amenities expected in this category, but the bathroom felt a bit dated and the white/gold deco theme feels a bit old vintage palace.
The garden is well maintained and extends on the other side of the road all the way to a pool area. There is no beach per se, and you have the choice between a meandering path and a kludgy cable car.
I enjoyed the breakfast buffet, and service was competent and polite. Dinner was just okay for this hotel category. Parking for sports cars appears manageable, but as with many locations in the area, some of the speed bumps could prove challenging.
The area was very quiet at night, and this is a plus for this hotel which feels relaxing and serene when compared to just about everywhere else in the area.
