Bonjour, j'espère que le responsable du magasin va accorder une grande importance à mon avis. Le vendeur Abou est tout sauf commercial. Il est agressif, aucune notion du respect des clients. Il y a aussi un vigile qui chasse les clients à 20 MN de la fermeture avec une agressivité gratuite. Dommage pour un grand magasin comme La Fayette d avoir ce genre de vendeur incompétent!

Never going back again. Security should not ask people if they need to go out and insist like if you were a thief just because you were in a hurry and came for a specific reason. Very disappointed. Basically you need to carry around​ a bag of money so they can welcome you with a smile. They have to put a sign in the front of the store for people who re welcome and those who are not it will avoid treating people like ...that.
