Station is clean, but abit of construction ongoing. Staff friendly and helpful in English. I enjoyed all my train and tram trips. When visiting the city of Bordeaux I found the day pass for tram €4.60 the most economical option.

It's a bit cleaner and more modern than other train stations in France.

Could do with a Tesco metro! Limited shops. Renovation is good, bar the cheapy big plastic station clock! Usual delays with French trains!

Well organised, clean & efficient. But 80¢ to use the toilets! They are exceptionally clean however!

Very clean...information desk staff super helpful!
€4.60 ticket is a multi-journey choice and probably your best bet if you're looking to explore on foot.
(80cents for use of bathroom...have your change ready!)

Beautiful city with well informed railway station. It has waiting area with charging ports, restaurants, washroom, and even cloak room facilities.
