Trying to leave Disneyland to get on the eurostar was shambolic. 750 passengers trying to get through a painfully slow check in process in 1 hour 15 minutes was clearly never going to work and the train was delayed. The station is confusing and poorly laid out leaving no room for the queues to flow and very little information for passengers. We arrived for our train early and were rewarded by being made to queue for an hour needlessly. Many passengers appeared quite stressed by the whole experience.

Beware of the thieves!!!
A group of young girls (18-25yrs) started helping with the buggy to get on the train... which we clearly needed no help with as it was all one level and no gaps between platform and carriage... 1 girl distracted us by showing the map of a different station... we could not understand her and got confused. Another 2/3 girls stood by me and emptied the contents in my pockets... they did it so cleverly the train was clear our access should have been easy but they made it difficult to get passed the train doors. I felt them too close as they walked off i realised i was robbed!!! Disgusted by the lack of security and police... none were seen!!! Two stops later another man started following us... we realised he looked suspicious so we stood still and he stayed nearby.... still no police or security in sight, so we found another tourist who helped us. We are frequent travellers with kids and have never felt soo unsafe and scared. This Ruined a good trip to Disneyland, we were left shaken so we cancelled all other plans in Paris and returned home!!!.

80cents to use the toilet when you have no money left and 2children busting for a wee is not great. Station also pretty dirty and tired looking. Ashford so much better.

The good thing for this station you will have the access directly to Disneyland

Great Station right in front of Disney Land. It has most of the amenities available. Word of advice, it is better to buy drinks and snacks from here before making ways to the Parks as they're double the price inside.

Though TGV can bring you here from CDG in about 10 minutes, the station is cold, and no signs or support for people arriving here for the first time.

Easy to use the station. Plenty of information people to help with travel tips & buying tickets BUT beware RER A has closures over August 2017. You need to get off at Nation and take a tube into central Paris but your train tickets do let you travel on the metro into Paris. Very smart metro station at the Louvre Rivoli. Marble walls and statues along the platform...

Had a great experience travelling from st pancreas to Disneyland Paris, but leaving was a whole different story. Security was minimal, communication non existent. Not even the driver of the train seemed to know what was happening? Stressful and long. I would suggest arriving early, but it doesn't seem to make any difference.

Big station for the Paris / France trains. Somewhat confusing finding bus connections from here. Be aware that security checks for entry into Disneyland Park may take you a long distance from the exit point of the train station.

The station is not great for eurostar. In place of Ashford's large departure lounge, you can expect to stand at the foot of some escalators for half an hour or more, after security, hoping that the train has arrived early enough to board a long while prior to leaving (it did for us, but others in queue told us horror stories). Disney express pick up is also chaotic. Disney need to address the express service and the situation at the station with the station owners, to improve the overall experience.
