You guys URGENTLY need to retrain your platform staff. My wife was prevented from boarding a TGV with her bicycle for which she had a valid reservation on that train. Two staff physically stood in her way to prevent boarding. This is outrageous. The ticket office staff agreed that her reservation had been valid and helped fix her a new route which was much slower resulting in a missed onward connection and needing a hotel which of course the train company won't pay for. Get yourselves organised, make sure your staff know the rules and let customers travel on the services they paid for. That's not much to ask!

Overall good. Our camera was robbed but we found out and got it back quickly and the policemen and security were very fast in apprehending the thieves.

Really cool interior. Helpful multi lingual staff. A couple of staff at the ticket office but plenty of tickets machines

Very pretty train station. Nice old building. However, direction indications are not always easy to find/follow
