Very glad to have been here. This hotel it takes care of all the details. The room it's spectacular. The service could spoke more languages, but not all it's perfect. Definetly I recomended.

Week-end au top! Espace bien-être propre, moderne et calme!! Rien de tel pour se resourcer entre meilleures amies. Chambre standard spacieuse, bien insonorisée et propre. Nous avons très bien mangé les deux soirs au restaurant, rien à dire. Petit-déjeuner parfait ! Petit bémol, place gratuite limitée sinon parking sous terrain 8€. Bref, on le recommande.

Me and my dad stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights. The room was outstanding and so were the facilities: Swimming Pool and sunbathing area. I did not personally experience the food, but the bar as you walk in was a quite pricey. It's about 45 minutes walk ish from the lake. This is not a resort this is a luxury accommodation. The staff spoke good english and were polite. would go again.

La piscine est minuscule. Pas assez de transat pour tout le monde. Pas assez d'emplacement pour poser ses peignoirs. Pas de fontaine à eau en quantité suffisante. Pas de cohérence au niveau des activités : Sport niveau 5, Piscine niveau 1, SPA encore un autre étage. Il y a un gendarme à l'entrée du SPA qui saura s'occuper des interdits mais pas de votre bien être.

Nice hotel and spa, comfy rooms, nice breakfast and beautiful decoration. All of the different massages and cabines were very pleasant. Would recommand

Really nice hotel central to most things in Aix-les-Bains and only a relatively short 15 min. walk to les thermes. Really helpful staff and on-site covered parking
