My room was comfortable, quiet, and beautifully appointed. The hotel itself is just on the edge of the Old Town - - perfectly situated for exploring the churches, museums, attractions and restaurants. It's disorders beautifully lit at night, giving it a magical quality.

The hotel is very nice, and grandiose. It has a lovely bar and restaurant with great breakfast. The decor is great, and the staff is okay, though they don't bring your bags to your room and they should. The rooms appear nice, but are flawed in design. In the first room I stayed in there was no shower, just a bathtub, and the toilet was in a separate room across the hall from the bathroom. Also, when you opened the doors they made it impossible to maneuver because they blocked the entire hallway. Also you could only have one door (closet, toilet, or bathroom) open at a time as they bumped into each other. The room was spacious and had a very nice sitting area.

We couldn't fault it. Great location, friendly staff ( who did offer to take bags to the room) we stayed in room 312 overlooking the main street and arc. Very comfortable bed , spacious room with good shower. We didn't opt for breakfast option and preferred to try local Cafe. Would stay again

Shower in our room. Hand shower only.. the hanger to hang the shower head is on knee level.. Very difficult to shower with one hand holding the shower head... the coffee maker did not work. Even though they came and fixed it twice!.. other stuff just ok...

Our favourite hotel on our 2016 French holliday, didnt expect to really really like this city despite lots of rain. Our room was gorgeous, the staff so so charming, breakfast very good, it just had an gorgeous air about the place, and I would love to go back and enjoy Dijon again.

Excellent service in a beautiful setting. Professional and courteous staff from the moment you arrive. The hotel has a perfect location for visiting the heart of Dijon Soak in the ambience at the restaurant and bar for delicious food and drinks. Highly recommend!!

It was a nice experience overall, but there were definitely some problems.

We switched to a second room with a shower which at first glance was very cool, but unfortunately the floor of the shower was about an inch higher than the rest of the bathroom floor, and because there was only a door on half of the shower water leaked onto the bathroom floor, flooding the room and making it so you have to stand in a puddle of water when you used the sink that was right next to the shower.

Recently renewed, rooms are luxurious and full of convenient stuffs. My room was - also the other rooms I presume - provided with a Nespresso professional machine, which brings you much richer coffee experiences.

Luxury brunch, whatever that means to you. There's plenty of good food, but it just barely hits being worth the price. Beautiful restaurant location with courtyard seating, family friendly.
