Excellent variety and good products for your daily needs can be easily available at Grand d'Place. Surrounded with Alps mountains and great surrounding. If you don't like much of the crowd - July and August would be perfect timing but it's not snowy. If you're planning for snow amd adventure then November end and December is idle time for you to visit..

Nice shopping area near Grenoble.
However less and less shops, and most of these shops are the usual franchise stores.

Quite a big mall with major trademarks' boutiques and few good restaurant. Quite far from the center of town. Plan well, know tram and bus departures if you plan to stay late at the Thai Restaurant (delicious) that operates from 19:00 to 22:00.

Regular shopping mall with "usual suspect" shops in a slightly outdated building located just off the town ring road. Convenient stop on the way to the airport I guess, but with no joy as GoSport stocks lower/cheaper end sports equipment and nothing for mountaineering except of couple of trekking poles. Surroundings on the approach loved by caravaning enthusiast residents by the look of it. Good croissanterie.

Closes too early. Otherwise a good clean place with lots of interesting shops.

Haven't really in deep or touring all the spots here but it is the mall you need in the middle of town. It has various brands or product and adequate for your daily life or just hanging out.

Everything you would hope for in a shopping mall. White a few selections on types of stores as well, and a decent food court.

A lot of my favorite shops flee from there. No more Esprit for example. Still good for shoes, kids clothing and electronics in the Fnac.

Ugly, insecure, bad ambiance, no interesting shop, just what you can get everywhere else... just go in the center of Grenoble, this shopping center doesn't worth a try.

Biggest mall in the city you will basically find everything you need if you just moved in the city.
