Patient staff. We never felt coerced into buying products. What we purchased was of exceptional quality.

Disappointing experience. We had been looking forward to visiting this particular Guerlain as we both had fond memories of great service, wonderful ambience, and an opportunity to try the new range of perfumes...what a shock! We were completely ignored by the staff and received no assistance at all. The shop itself has been modernised but the place for us has lost its charm and wow factor...shame!

After 4x request to give smth exclusive, that is available only in paris.
- they gave the same stuff as everywhere.
In the airport you can afford the same parfume models but at lower prices!!
Terrible service. No focus on customers.
Waste of time.

Mom favorite store & fragrances. Large location with many selections & offerings. Worth the stop during any visit to Paris.
