The ambient is cold. Of course the steam is hot but difficult to find some fun. I don't like it

Upstairs. OK gym equipment. People do seem to work out for real (rather than loitering)
Downstairs. Big sauna. Big steam bath. In general lots of space to explore. Relatively clean.

very bad, I suggest to go to another place. In paris it's plenty of saunas and a lot of that saunas have gym too, like IDM sauna

Le sauna est de plus en plus sale avec le temps. Les WC ne sont jamais nettoyées. Avec leur nouveau système de serviette, on doit enlever sa serviette à l'accueil devant tout le monde pour en avoir une nouvelle.
De plus, le sauna est souvent vide, très peu de garçons. Je ne recommande pas.

forget this place..... dirty, staff not very sympathetic (ok we are in Paris but still...) and empty .... time to move on.

Has a really nice setup for the steam room and the place is very clean. Not the biggest sauna in paris and not a lot of guys looking there. Saw a few hot guys--but the bttm line is that you need to be ripped and french to get action at this place.

Went on two consecutive afternoons in Oct 2012.
Friday. Hot guys working out. Hot guys in the sauna. And had loads of fun.
Saturday. Not so many hot guys. Not so many in the sauna. Almost empty by 9pm.
Verdict - go on a weeknight.

I'm 27 and I came to this sauna-gym weekly for 1 month and half to work out a bit (not for sex because it's almost impossible, too few people). The first time I bring my identity card to be able to take advantage to the age (under 30) discount. I've shown my document but the employed didn't even look at it and he told me: "doesn't matter, just tell me your age.". 5 more times I came and they never asked me the document, and I payed always 10 euros (discount price). So just for that reason I didn't bring my Id card anymore. Today improvvisely they asked me for the ID or I had to pay full price to entry without it. I explained that I didn't bring my ID, just because the past times other employed of the sauna told me that was not necessary, but nothing... If the policy changed, or simply if the past times they did some sort of mistake telling me that the document was not necessary, well, I'm not going to pay for their mistakes. They could tell me simply to bring the document the next time, as I come every week, but not even that... it was very rude... they lost one client, one client that used to come every week. I will never come back.
