The first day when I went to buy the wedding ring the service was fine and fast , but since the ring I bought was too tight, I went back the next day to change the size, and incredibly they made me wait for more than 50 minutes !

The repair and service counters are very good. If you want a bag, please go and queue at 7am in e morning. The store opens at 10.30am.

Really lovely and kind staff and beautiful store I had to see as an Hermès aficionado. I was appalled at how rudely some of the customers treated the staff though!

Love the new appointment system, it makes it much more relaxing to shop at this location. Nicolas was great and very friendly.

One of the last houses of real luxury in Paris. Of course everything is VERY expensive and you might be intimidated thinking that the staff might be a little haughty. Not at all! Everyone had a very friendly and cheerful attitude and were very helpful. Even if you don't buy anything, it's a pleasure for the eyes especially during the festive season.

I was angry and made my complaint for more than 3 times and they were only telling me to wait more and not trying to help at all, and finally when I was about to get skipped again, one of the French female customers waiting behind me told the staffs that they should really attend me first instead of her since I have been waiting here for a long time.

I was told by a staff to wait at certain area , but every time when the staffs become available they just kept skipping my turn and kept attending another non-Asian customers.

Went there 2 days in my trip to Paris !

Worse customer service ever, shame on you.

Although I am a huge fan of Hermes products and on my last visit there I bought 2 carres I must confess the experience was not without a glitch. I understand the new security measures put in place for screening people when they go in, however this should not be carte blanche for the security staff to mistreat you and talk to you rudely. After all this is a 1st class brand which you more than handsomely pay for and the experience starts at the door. This was a blotch in the chic-ness fabric. We were helped by Dexter Ng who was admirable on all acounts.

If you are looking for accessories you might find it okay. If you are looking for leather goods such as handbags, get ready to be treated like a POS. The ever changing "appointment" system makes you go through rounds of phone "registration", and it is easily manipulated by scalpers. Unless you are willing to be humiliated, then get serviced by clerks that are often times clueless, just so you can beg for a chance of spending $10,000 on a handbag, then this has to be the holy grail of your shopping experience.

It's the flagship store. It can get crowded. You need an appointment to see hand bags and the garden is really nice.
