Firstly Hertz lies about its location. It's actually 20 minutes by car away from the train station. According to a staff member, 1/3 of the renters get confused and have trouble locating the agency, but there is "nothing that can be done about this problem."

This rental office has very bad communication and useless employees.

Bon accueil à l écoute. Véhicules toujours en bon état. Si je rentre après la fermeture, je dépose simplement les clefs dans la boîte et je n ai jamais eu de pb.

Personnel sympa et très arrangeant .. mais il faut vous y faire conduire car il n y a pas de transport en commun qui vous y amène

Muy buena atencion por parte de los empleados. Ellos me han resuelto rápido y fácilmente todos los problemas. Lo recomiendo.

Secondly they charged us for the car "not being returned" for the three days that it sat in the parking lot with the keys in the after hours dropbox. They did not call us when they didn't find the car until 3 days after we returned it. When I asked if the employee had looked in the dropbox for the keys, he said "no".

Then we were charged a cleaning fee when the car was in good condition and they never gave an explanation as to why we were being charged this fee.
